Matt Green
Matt Green, a surfer and kite surfer for over 35 years himself, is Black Sheep Board Co’s founder. A passionate surfboard shaper, designer and board builder with years of hands-on experience crafting boards that ride the waves with precision.
His journey in surfboard shaping has been a fusion of art and science, combining innovative designs with a deep understanding of wave dynamics. From traditional to cutting-edge shapes, he brings a diverse skill set to create surf- & kiteboards that cater to every surfer's unique style.
Matt has been working in the surfboard manufacturing industry for over 25 years for most of Australia’s largest companies, such as Murray Bourton Shapes, Gary McNeill Concepts, DHD, Lost Surfboards, Pyzel, Allan Byrne etc.
Embracing the ever-evolving surf culture, he continues to push boundaries, ensuring high quality in each board and delivers an unparalleled surfing experience.
